Attah Ochinke
Principal Partner
Mr. Ochinke graduated from the University of Calabar in 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. He lectured at the University of Calabar's Faculty of Law before moving into public service, where he served as Commissioner for Trade and Investment and later as the Attorney General & Commissioner for Justice for Cross River State. Back in private practice, his focus is on Dispute Resolution, Regulatory Compliance, and Transaction Advisory, with special interest in Taxation and Public Private Partnerships. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (UK) and holds a certificate in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics.

Julius Ogar Idiege, Esq.
Managing Partner
Mr. Idiege studied law at the University of Calabar and was called to the Nigerian Bar. He joined the firm in 2004 and has acquired extensive and varied experience in litigation. He possesses significant expertise in Labour Law and Industrial Relations, Intellectual Property, Banking, and Election Petitions. He leads the firm’s appellate practice team with a record of impressive results.

Mrs. Bassey Ekanem
Partner
Barr. Mrs. Ekanem obtained her LL.B from the University of Lagos and an LL.M in International Maritime Law from the International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI) in Malta. She is a highly respected legal expert with a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in the maritime industry. She is known for her pivotal role in shaping policy, resolving complex legal disputes, and guiding businesses and government agencies through global trade and shipping regulations.

Uduak Attah-Ochinke
Holds an LL.M in Energy Law and Policy from the University of Dundee, UK. A top graduate of the University of Calabar, she brings valuable prior experience from the banking sector (First Bank and Zenith Bank) and as Legal Manager/Contract Coordinator for an international logistics company in the oil and gas sector.

Alexis Omosemwen Owa-Enabulele
